The machine is built to address the difficulty of repairing curved glass without damaging the sensitive OLED/LCD panels underneath.

• Integrated Electric Clamp: Unlike manual clamps, the electric system provides consistent pressure, which is vital for frame removal on edge displays.

• Camera Protection System: The heating platform features a “reserved hole” or avoidance zone. This ensures that while the adhesive is being softened, the camera lens and sensor modules aren’t exposed to direct, damaging heat.

• Dual-Zone Heating: The platform ensures uniform heat distribution, which prevents localized overheating (a common cause of “yellow spots” on screens).
