Return and Refund Policy

1. Returns

We hope you love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, GSM Tools India offer a straightforward return policy.

Eligibility:

• You can return items within 3 days of receiving your order.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
• Some items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom-made products, and Electronic Items.
• Return and Refund is only possible in case of damage product or wrong item received.

Non-returnable items include:

• Gift cards
• Downloadable software products
• Electronic Items

How to Initiate a Return:

• Contact our customer service team at gsmtoolsindia@gmail.com to initiate a return.
• Provide your order number, reason for return, and any relevant details.
• Unboxing video must be required.
• We will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

Return Shipping:

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Process:

• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
• If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund.

Late or Missing Refunds:

• Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

3. Exchanges

4. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
